Final Exam
After completing all course modules, participants must successfully pass a 20-question final exam.

- Up to three attempts are allowed
- After three unsuccessful attempts, the training cannot be completed under the current enrollment
DOL Card
After successfully completing the training and the required end-of-course survey, participants can immediately print a temporary completion certificate with a QR code.
The OSHA 10-Hour Department of Labor (DOL) card is typically mailed within approximately two weeks.
